Vaagdevi Engineering College - Auction for stalls during Vaagtarang 2K23

An auction for stalls during two days of Vaagtarang’ 2K23 has been planned on March 01st 2023. 

Students who are interested to participate in the auction should pay a non-refundable registration fee. 

This amount will be deducted only for those who finally take the auction. Last date for the registration fee is February 28th 2023.

Registration fee should be paid to the following faculty:

  • Reg. Fee - 10% of Bid Value
  • Auction Date - 01 March, 2023
  • Venue  -  East Block, Vaagtarang Control Room
  • Time  - 13:00 IST Onwards

Rules :

1. All the bidders must pay 10% of minimum bid value towards registration amount before participating in the bidding. 
2. Those who won the stall in bidding has to pay 25% of total bid amount immediately and the remaining amount should be paid 50% on the next day and the remaining 25% on the second day (excluding registration amount). 
3. Those who fail to follow the instructions will loose the stall and the stall will be allowed to next highest bidder (if interested). 
4. The student who won the stall is responsible for all the happenings in and around their stall. 
5. The stall owners are required to follow the instructions of the convener strictly. The convener decision is final in this regard. 
6. Position of stalls and their allocations for the bidders will be finalized by the convener. 
7. Only the quoted items mentioned in the stall bidding are to be sold strictly. 
8. Bid amounts will not be refunded if anything happens on these days due to natural calamities or for any other reason. 
9. An undertaking has to be signed by the final bidder immediately after the bidding process. 
10. With respect to any changes in the above content, decision of the undersigned authorities is final.
