E-PASS Notification for Fresh Registrations for the Academic Year 2022-23

The Government of Telangana has issued a notification for the Fresh Registrations of Postmatric Scholarship Applications for the year 2022-2023.

All the eligible students of B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Pham/PharmD/MBA/MCA/B.Ed/B.P.Ed/TTC/Polytechnic Belonging to SC,ST,BC,EBC and Minorities are informed to apply for Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement for the Academic year 2022-2023.

Apply in E-Pass website (https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in/) and submit the application form along with the following documents in scholarship section (A-Block Library) on or before 15-06-2023.

Original documents

1. Online Application Form

2. College Bonafide and Attendance Certificate

     (format available in College XEROX Centre)

3. Latest Meeseva Income Certificate

Xerox copies

4. Caste Certificate

5. Seat Allotment Order

6. Ration Card

7. Aadhar card

8. Bank Passbook (for SC, ST, BC & Minority Students)

9. SSC, Inter/Diploma Memos

10. Study Certificates (Last Seven Years)

11. GAP Certificate (if any)

12. Transfer Certificate

13. Online generated Acknowledgement Form.  

How to Apply

Visit any Nearby Mee-Seva/Net Center.

Documents Required for Fresh Registration at Mee-Seva or Net Center

• Bank Pass Book Xerox (For SC,ST,BC & Minority Students)

• Intermediate Marks Memo

• Income Certificate Original

• College Bonafide Certificate

Documents to be Submitted at College after Renewal 

• Application Form (Generated In Internet)

• College Bonafide & Attendance

• Caste Certificate

• Latest Income Certificate Xerox

• Allotment Letter Xerox

• Aadhar Card Xerox

• Bank Pass Book Xerox(For SC,ST,BC & Minority)

• SSC Memo Xerox

• Intermediate Memo Xerox

• Bonafide Certificates (Last 7 Years) Xerox

• Acknowledgement (Generated In Internet)

After Submitting in College the Application should be Forwarded by the Institution. Check the Status of the Application Below :

• Go to EPASS Application Status

• Enter your Application Number

• Select Academic year (2022-2023)

• Select SSC Pass type (Regular/Supplementary)

• Enter SSC Hall Ticket Number and year of Pass

• Enter Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY)

• Then Click 'Get Status'

If your Application Status shows 'Forwarded from Institute.. Aadhar Authentication Required'. Visit any Nearby Aadhar Center and Authenticate.

A Sum of 35/- (May Vary) will be Charged for Biometric Authentication. Collect Receipt and Save it for Further Reference.

You're Done.

That's it folks. This is what you need to do for the Fresh Registration. Further Process is Automatic.

What you need to do is just Check the Status of your Application Once in a Week.
